My work weaves together mindset, manifestation, and nervous system regulation to help women - especially moms and soul-led entrepreneurs - reprogram their subconscious, embody their highest selves, and normalize their wildest dreams. Lean Into It!
I’ve been where you are - at times I loved it and at times I was so frustrated I cried! The thing is, nothing happens by chance! Everything happens in perfect time and for a reason.
The truth is, without my past story, I wouldn’t be where I am and ready to help you.
A Bit of History
I grew up in a small town with hard-working parents who divorced when I was 12, after that my mom worked 3 jobs to support us, upon graduating HS I moved to the "big city", went to college, got a "real" job and got married, then...Fast forward to 2016 - And overnight my life did a 1 - 80, I was newly divorced with a toddler!I remember lying in bed, hoping and praying for a better way. Living paycheck to paycheck despite working 70 hours a week was not sustainable. So I went back to the drawing board, what was my passion? Full disclosure, I had NO idea!
"But the Universe was already at work because one day I stumbled across the popular Napoleon Hill book - Think and Grow Rich."
And Something Clicked
I realized I could Consciously Create a new life by reprogramming my thoughts, feelings, and beliefs. With this new perspective, I started to attract more and more positive experiences, which continued to grow as I was learning, studying & applying new tools and techniques. At 34 I was starting over. Leaving behind the little bit of comfort and familiarity, I had left to Consciously Create the life that I wanted for myself and my son.
Here & Now
These days, I feel incredibly fortunate to live a life that truly enriches me every day! From being a baseball mom to running an herbal apothecary, to being a manifestation mentor, and experiencing all the adventures in between, my life is full.
My mission extends beyond personal fulfillment - I aim to create a lasting legacy not only for my family but for yours as well. My purpose has evolved far beyond personal transformation; I am here to remind you of your boundless potential.
